Air Fried Chicken and Succotash

It's no secret by now that our Adams Apple Cider Slaw and Salad Dressing is a great marinade. Chicken and turkey breasts, pork chops, and pork tenderloin are prime for marinating in this sweet and tangy dressing. We are air fryer fans, so our favorite thing to do is marinate meat overnight and just drop in the air fryer for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal. Chicken and turkey breasts can be a bit thick, so we like to cut the breasts into tenderloins and air fry for 18 minutes at 390 degrees.
I use the word "succotash" loosely, as this is just our version for changing up the regularly scheduled broccoli or green bean side. I bought a small bag of frozen baby lima beans and a bag of sweet corn and cooked them as directed. While those were cooking, we sautéed chopped red bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic in a tablespoon of butter and olive oil. After the beans and corn are done, we added them to the sautéed veggies and stirred them all together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Of course, Adams Apple Co Chow Chow completes the dish!
