This is more of a serving suggestion than a recipe because it's so easy! We love our air fryer and use it for salmon, but you can also bake this. If you haven't tried Chef Prudhomme's Salmon Seasoning, it's delicious and the only seasoning we use....in addition to our new Adams Apple Co. Apple Bourbon Honey. Drizzle olive oil on your salmon filets, sprinkle with the salmon seasoning, then, you guessed it. Before putting the salmon in the air fryer or oven, drizzle Adams Apple Co. Apple Bourbon Honey on them. Depending on the size of your filets, air fry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes, or 425 degrees in the oven until flaky.
One of our favorite vegetables to eat with salmon is roasted brussels sprouts. We roast them as usual with olive oil and salt and pepper at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Then drizzle our Apple Bourbon Honey on them and put them back in the oven for a few more minutes. They're like little healthy pieces of candy. So yummy!
