Our Favorite Egg Salad Recipe

There are some things that land in the "summer food" category, and to us, egg salad is one of those things.  We made a batch and replaced the traditional pickle relish step with our Adams Apple Co. Chow Chow.  The results were WOW and definitely worth sharing! Especially when served with a summer tomato on a croissant. We live in the south, so Dukes Mayonnaise is IT. I know you can find it up north, so go find it. You'll love it!  Here's the recipe:

  • 1 dozen peeled and mashed hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Adams Apple Co Chow Chow
  • 1 TSP yellow mustard
  • 1 TSP apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
