Our newest collaboration with Charleston, SC based Apis Mercantile is a knock-your-socks-off Apple Bourbon Honey!  Ingredients are as simple as: honey, bourbon, and apple pie spice.  Eat it on a biscuit, glaze your salmon with it, make oven roasted brussells sprouts, add to your coffee, snazz up your charcuterie board with it.....and so much more.
